You should live in or near the Stuttgart metropolitan area to participate actively.

Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited to a personal interview. We run two interview rounds per year — a chance to get to know each other in a casual and open setting.
3-Month Probationary Period
After your interview
Successful candidates join the hub for a three-month probationary period — a chance to get involved, contribute to projects, and find your place in the team before becoming a full member.
